Senior Sales Representative Pool Chemicals / Water Treatment (Remote, U.S.)

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities throughout the United States.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and commercial customers.
• Promote and sell EPA-registered pool and water treatment chemical products, including TCCA tablets.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales agreements.
• Manage customer accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Represent the company at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry conferences.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 35 years of B2B sales experience in:
• Pool Chemicals
• Water Treatment Chemicals
• Industrial Chemicals
• Specialty Chemicals
• Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to travel within the United States as needed.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience selling:
• Trichloroisocyanuric Acid (TCCA)
• Sodium Dichloroisocyanurate (SDIC)
• Calcium Hypochlorite
• EPA-registered chemical products
• Existing relationships with:
• Pool distributors
• Pool service companies
• Chemical distributors
• National or regional retail chains
• Previous experience in the pool & spa industry or water treatment market is strongly preferred.
• Existing customer relationships and an established sales network are a significant advantage.
