Holt has an immediate opening for a full‑time HVAC Selling Technician . This role combines hands‑on residential HVAC service with a consultative sales approach. You will diagnose system issues, present clear repair and replacement options, and help homeowners make informed decisions that improve comfort, efficiency, and system reliability. Some evening hours are required to accommodate customer schedules. Integrity, honesty, and genuine care for our customers are essential qualities for every Holt team member.
