Answer questions and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy. Build trust and develop lasting relationships with clients. Assist clients with account and policy‑related needs. Work closely with our team to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Learn the Medicare insurance industry through hands‑on training. Prepare for future advancement opportunities within the company. Qualifications Required Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written). Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or high‑volume phone environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable using computers and learning new software. Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others. Professional phone etiquette and strong listening skills. Reliable, dependable, and a collaborative team player. Preferred Experience in Medicare, health insurance, or the insurance industry is a plus, but not required. Customer service experience in healthcare or financial services is also a plus.
