Now, we’re looking for a creative and sales-driven professional to help shape our brand, deepen client relationships, and drive the continued growth of our multi‑state agency. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients across our service area to promote State Farm insurance products and services. Identify and qualify leads by gathering relevant client information. Stay up-to-date on State Farm’s insurance products and services. Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and referrals to schedule appointments for agents. Provide initial information and answer basic client questions about insurance options. Maintain and update the database of prospects and client interactions. Ensure all communications comply with State Farm guidelines and regulatory standards. Prepare regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and appointment scheduling. Qualifications Previous telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services. Strong communication and persuasion skills, with proficiency in CRM software. Basic understanding of insurance products or a strong willingness to learn. Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple leads effectively. Professional and courteous telephone manner.
