Territory Account Manager Details:
- Direct hire position
- $70,000.00/annually
- First shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
- Manage and grow customer relationships within an assigned sales territory while identifying new business opportunities.
- Convert sales opportunities into revenue by promoting Tractel's safety, lifting, and fall protection product lines.
- Maintain and manage sales activities, customer information, and opportunity pipelines within Salesforce CRM.
- Conduct proactive customer outreach, provide product recommendations, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate customer training seminars and provide market feedback on competitors, trends, and new product opportunities.
Territory Account Manager Qualifications:
- Knowledge or experience within the safety, industrial, construction, lifting & handling, fall protection, confined space, or related industries
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
- Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or a similar sales role
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to quickly build rapport with customers and identify their needs
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities Experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
