About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Family Services Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the unit, overseeing a portfolio of evidence-based programs and family support frameworks. This role requires a strategic leader who can develop and implement processes to ensure the fidelity of service models and compliance with child welfare requirements. The Executive Director will also be tasked with leading critical workstreams, supporting staff at all levels, and collaborating with major stakeholders to address the urgent and emerging needs of providers and families. Applicants for the Executive Director position must have a master's degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 18 months in an executive, managerial, administrative, or supervisory capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program design, data analysis, and human-centered design, and be adept at synthesizing complex issues and developing strategies to meet challenges. The role involves direct supervision of staff, training, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. The Executive Director will also be expected to represent the division at various levels and ensure that the prevention service systems are responsive to the needs of the families they serve.
