Central Plant Mechanic I - Hands-On Maintenance

Rice University is seeking a Plant Maintenance Mechanic I to maintain and repair boilers, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, piping, and related plant systems across central utilities and tunnel infrastructure. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and accurate work-order documentation. Familiarity with HMIs, BAS, and plant technologies is preferred.
