$115,000 - $195,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage actively with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize our proven lead generation systems to identify and connect with prospective buyers and sellers.
• Communicate effectively with clients, guiding them through every step of the buying or selling process.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices for client success.
• Attend regular coaching sessions to enhance your skills and stay updated on industry trends.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions.
• Participate in marketing initiatives to promote listings and attract new business opportunities in the Tacoma area.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, guiding clients through complex processes with ease.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment, sharing insights and strategies for mutual success.
• Eagerness to learn and grow, with a commitment to attending regular coaching sessions and staying updated on industry trends.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies to promote listings and attract new business opportunities.
• Self-motivated and dependable, with a genuine desire to help clients make informed real estate decisions.
