Shifts may be offered Monday through Sunday between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Shift availability will vary based on staffing needs. Location: Hospital setting in Stillwater, MN . Pay rate: Up to $85/hour depending on experience. Communicate effectively with ICU patients and families, and provide timely updates. Participate as an effective unit and nursing department member. Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with other health‑care team members and across the organization. Maintain and update clinical knowledge, including certifications as appropriate. Required Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Nursing. Licensed as an RN by the Minnesota Board of Nursing, or a Wisconsin RN License plus Minnesota Board of State Registry. At least one year of experience in an acute‑care setting. Previous critical care or telemetry experience is preferred. BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. ACLS and NIHSS certifications. Strong organizational, multi‑tasking, and communication skills with a customer‑service orientation.
