Position Overview

The Field Market Manager is responsible for executing Gratsi Wine’s in-market sales support,
merchandising, and account management strategies across an assigned territory in
Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Vermont / New Hampshire / Maine upon
launch. This role ensures Gratsi products are consistently displayed, and aligned with brand
standards while supporting sales growth and building strong retailer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Build, maintain, and refresh merchandising and display materials for all Gratsi products
• Ensure product placement creates a customer-ready selling floor and aligns with brand
and promotional standards
• Service assigned retail accounts by refilling shelves, cold boxes, and existing displays to
maintain optimal product availability
• Assemble, install, and maintain all types of display racks and point-of-sale materials,
including shelf talkers, neck hangers, and price signage
• Collaborate with buyers, sales representatives, and marketing partners on product
positioning, promotional execution, and display strategies
• Communicate inventory needs and potential reorders to sales representatives to prevent
out-of-stock situations
• Implement authorized planograms, schematics, and reset instructions provided by chain
and independent retailers
• Introduce new products, reinforce agreed-upon display activity and case volume, and
monitor in-store promotion effectiveness
• Support both chain and independent accounts within the assigned territory, maintaining
accurate territory records in Gratsi’s CRM
• Stay informed on market and competitive conditions to identify opportunities for growth
and improved execution
• Build trusted relationships with retail partners through strong product knowledge,
professionalism, and prompt resolution of merchandising or inventory concerns
• Execute on-premise events, community events, and related brand awareness initiatives
as assigned
• Relay key insights and learnings from in-market activity to the internal team to optimize
business practices and systems
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in field sales, merchandising, account
management, or related roles
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a SUV sized vehicle or larger
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance in accordance with state laws
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple accounts,
states, and locations

Physical Requirements
• Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, reach, squat, and stoop throughout the workday
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to approximately 60 pounds or more
• May include long periods of driving, sitting, and computer or mobile device use for
reporting and communication
