Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for a 13-week travel contract in Lafayette, IN, requiring 3+ years of OR experience and active IN or compact RN license.

Details

• Hospital-based Operating Room setting with 10 ORs on the 2nd floor
• Diverse surgical patient population including General, Orthopedic, Spine, Neuro, GYN, ENT, Robotics, Urology, Podiatry, Vascular, and Open Heart cases
• Robotics experience is preferred; Vascular and Open Heart experience is a plus but not required
• EMR: Epic
• Schedule: Three 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM), Monday–Friday with varying days off
• Weekend shifts are on-call only; weekday and weekend call requirements apply
• No floating required

Requirements

• Active IN or compact RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 3 years of OR nursing experience required
• US SSN required for consideration
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Surgery scrubs are provided by the facility
• Candidates living within a 50-mile radius of the facility are eligible but may be considered at a reduced rate
• Candidates must have an active license at the time of consideration
