Planner - Manufacturing

Job Title Planner/Buyer – Grand Prairie, Texas Breaker Manufacturing Facility Responsibilities Coordinate and balance supply and demand, evaluating work center capacity and material supply to develop detailed production plans achieving high schedule adherence. Work closely with production and customer service to plan and prioritize operations to meet customer requirements on time while maximizing performance and meeting financial goals. Collaborate with purchasing and procurement to ensure material availability and find alternatives when challenges arise. Drive and coordinate daily production meetings. Analyze large amounts of data to develop strategies for continuous improvement. Review, update, and adjust SAP material master or configurations. Ensure delivery reliability, schedule adherence, and cost‑saving/productivity initiatives for the site. Support the coordination and execution of customer/engineering changes. Promote teamwork and continuous improvement. Evaluate current supply chain and support improvements in collaboration with local and corporate resources. Publish weekly and monthly schedules to internal support teams such as purchasing, warehouse, and fabrication. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in production planning or production control with SAP in a manufacturing environment. BS/BA/BSE in a related discipline, or an advanced degree. Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Advanced hands‑on knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel). Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship. Preferred Skills: APICS certification. Lean manufacturing experience. Strong communication skills (written and verbal), organization, and problem‑solving skills. Benefits Pay range: $60,333 – $103,428 annually. Benefits include health and wellness benefits.
