Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, customer service, logistics, and quality teams to align schedules with business priorities.
Monitor production progress and proactively respond to schedule disruptions caused by material shortages, equipment downtime, labor constraints, or changing customer requirements.
Optimize sequencing to improve throughput, reduce changeovers, and support efficient use of equipment and labor.
Review inventory, work-in-process, and finished goods levels to help prevent shortages and excess stock.
Track schedule attainment, on-time delivery, and other planning metrics; communicate risks, constraints, and recovery plans to stakeholders.
Maintain accurate scheduling data in ERP/MRP systems and support continuous improvement in planning and scheduling processes. Qualifications Bachelors degree in supply chain, operations, business, engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent manufacturing planning experience considered.
3+ years of experience in production scheduling, production planning, manufacturing operations, or supply chain coordination.
Strong understanding of capacity planning, inventory control, material flow, and production scheduling principles in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems; Business Central Microsoft Dynamics or similar systems preferred.
Advanced Excel and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional priorities in a fast-paced environment.
