We are partnering with a large, well-established organization to identify a Lease Administrator for a contract opportunity supporting a high-volume real estate portfolio. This role plays a key part in ensuring lease compliance, managing occupancy-related expenses, and supporting long-term site operations. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams while also interacting with external partners, including landlords and vendors.

This is a fully onsite position in downtown Columbus, with parking provided.

Responsibilities

• Support lease administration activities, including reviewing documents and maintaining accurate records
• Process and track rent payments and other occupancy-related expenses
• Assist with setting up new locations and updating information within internal systems
• Coordinate with landlords and internal teams to resolve routine questions and discrepancies
• Monitor and organize lease documentation, amendments, and key dates
• Provide reporting support and assist with general administrative tasks related to the lease portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience in administrative support roles, experience with leases and accounting preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for tracking and reporting purposes
• Comfortable working with systems and learning new tools quickly
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
