As a Machine Operator focused on plastics molding and extrusion, you’ll start your day reviewing work orders and blueprints, setting up equipment for production runs, and keeping a close watch on every cycle to ensure parts meet spec—every time.

What You’ll Do

• Run and oversee multiple production machines to maintain steady, efficient throughput.
• Set up, adjust, and fine-tune equipment; perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting to keep lines moving.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders to align tooling and process parameters with requirements.
• Keep your station spotless and organized to support safety, quality, and speed.
• Coordinate with teammates to hit daily targets and schedule milestones.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies without compromise.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training in machine operation is a plus).
• Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and a knack for solving problems quickly.
• Comfort working independently and collaborating within a team.
• Sharp attention to detail and a strong quality mindset.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and overtime when needed.
