Warehouse Supervisor

Advance Services Inc

Supervise and train warehouse staff; assist with hiring and performance reviews. Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment. Manage pick/pack operations and coordinate shipments using ERP systems. Negotiate freight rates and coordinate with carriers. Conduct inventory counts and resolve discrepancies. Ensure safety compliance and efficient warehouse operations. Coordinate inventory transfers and support process improvements. Qualifications 2+ years of warehouse supervisory experience. Manufacturing, distribution, or logistics experience preferred ERP inventory management experience Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, and scanners Key Skills Physical Requirements Lift 10-40 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally Ability to sit, stand, and work in a warehouse environment for extended periods. #J-18808-Ljbffr Advance Services, Inc.
