Practice Highlights :\n

• Full- and part-time opportunities to practice outpatient-based family medicine, with procedural opportunities if desired
\n
\n
• 1.0 FTE consists of 35 patient contact hours
\n
\n
• Join an established team of 3 physicians and 5 APPs
\n
• Strong organizational infrastructure with nursing, administrative, and specialty support
\n
• Epic EMR utilized system-wide with integrated DAX copilot and Dragon dictation tools
\n

Clinic Hours : M 7:00a-5:30p, T 7:00a-6:00p, W 7:00a-6:15p, Th 7:00a-5:30p, F 7:00a-5:30p\n

\n Call Rotation : 1:7 outside of normal clinic hours with nurse triage taking the first call.\n

\nThe Harbor Town medical office building is 88,000 square foot facility housing multiple specialties offering an ideal practice location for collaborative, impactful patient care. The facility houses: Audiology, ENT, Gyn, laboratory services, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Pharmacy, Podiatry, PM&R Primary Care, radiology services and rehabilitation services (PT, OT, SLP). \n
\nThe 28,000 square foot Wellness Center offers onsite cardiovascular equipment, weight training equipment, group exercise classes, a walking track, lap and warm water pools, sauna and executive locker room amenities.  The campus is a collaborative and thriving facility where one can build a successful practice.\n
