Join Our Team as a Behavioral Health RN!

Job Description:


- Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
- Focus:
- Primarily working with adolescents and pediatrics in behavioral health.
- Ideal candidates will also have experience with adult behavioral health.


- Qualifications:
- Previous Charge Experience is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience required.
- Current Active PA or Compact license is mandatory.
- Certifications Required: BLS, CCM or CPI.
- Experience with Cerner charting system preferred.


- Patient & Unit Details:
- Daily Census: 8
- Number of Beds: 11
- Interdisciplinary Support includes:
- IV Teams
- Physical Therapy
- Respiratory Services
- Interpretation Services
- Phlebotomy
- Radiology
- Social Services
- Lift Teams
- Rapid Response Teams
- Pharmacy
- Transportation
- Unit Secretary
- Primary Diagnoses: Mood Disorders


- Expectations:
- Candidates must be willing to float within the hospital and to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius.
- Availability to work every other holiday is essential.
- Must disclose any background concerns prior to submission.


- Onboarding:
- Fingerprinting and required labs must be completed within 24-48 hours of signing.
- Compliance requirements must be cleared prior to start.
- Approximately 1 hour of pre-start modules required.
