Social Media Manager

Sonar Studios is looking for a Social Media Manager to work across a selection of games in its portfolio. This isn't simply a role for scheduling posts. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for using social media to help games grow, attract players, strengthen their brands and keep existing communities engaged. You’ll work alongside game teams, community managers, content creators and company leadership to develop content and social strategies that connect with the audiences surrounding Sonar's Roblox experiences. What You'll Be Working On The role sits at the intersection of gaming, social media, community and growth. You’ll help shape how individual Sonar Studios games appear across social platforms, develop content designed to reach existing and potential players, and use performance data to understand what is actually working. Because Sonar operates multiple Roblox experiences, you’ll also get experience managing social strategy across different games, audiences and communities rather than working with a single title. Growth and Player Awareness A major part of the job is helping more people discover and engage with Sonar's games. Player acquisition Bringing new players into Roblox experiences. Player retention Keeping existing players interested in games and their communities. Brand awareness Building recognisable identities around individual games. You’ll need to understand what performs across social platforms, identify patterns in audience behaviour and use those insights to improve future content and campaigns.
