To support a respected San Francisco business law firm, the full-time California Licensed Business Litigation Attorney will manage cases involving commercial disputes, owner disputes, and real estate litigation, while working in a hybrid environment that allows for remote flexibility. Key responsibilities Handle business litigation matters from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation Work directly with clients to provide strategic legal guidance aligned with their business objectives Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement discussions while collaborating with attorneys across practice areas Required qualifications California Bar admission required 4+ years of litigation experience preferred Experience in business litigation, commercial litigation, or real estate litigation strongly preferred Trial experience preferred Strong legal writing and case management skills
