A Team Enrichment is hiring energetic, dependable team members to join our before and after-school program in the  Spring/Klein area for the 2026–2027 school year.

We are currently hiring for  two positions: After School Teachers/Group Leaders and a Site Director.

This is a great opportunity for college students, recent graduates, aspiring educators, current or former teachers, and anyone who genuinely enjoys working with children. Our programs focus on providing a safe, positive environment where students can unwind, connect with friends, get creative, play, and participate in engaging screen-free activities.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE

After School Teacher / Group Leader | $17–$20/hour
Work directly with students to lead games, enrichment activities, creative projects, outdoor play and other structured activities while helping create a fun, welcoming environment.

Site Director | $21–$25/hour
Take the lead at our school site! The Site Director oversees daily program operations, supervises staff, communicates with families and school personnel, manages student transitions and ensures our program runs safely, smoothly and professionally. Previous experience working with children and demonstrated leadership experience are preferred.

SCHEDULE

Before School: approximately 7:00–8:30 AM
After School: approximately 3:00–6:00 PM

Applicants may work  before school, after school, or both , depending on availability and position.

One of the best parts? We follow the school calendar. Our team works on school days and is off for most school holidays and breaks—making this an especially good fit for students, educators and anyone looking for consistent part-time hours without nights or weekends.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Reliable, punctual and professional
• Positive and energetic
• Patient and confident working with groups of children
• Able to actively participate in games, activities and outdoor play
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must pass a background check
• CPR/First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain
• Prior childcare, teaching, coaching, camp or youth-program experience is a plus
• Leadership/supervisory experience preferred for Site Director candidates
