Our client is seeking an Human Resources Generalist to provide hands-on HR support for two recently acquired, non-union manufacturing sites. This is a foundational role focused on establishing HR fundamentals, supporting employees and managers day-to-day, and helping integrate systems and processes into a global organization. The role offers meaningful exposure and long-term growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site HR support including onboarding, employee relations, and policy administration
- Maintain HR systems, documentation, and people data with strong attention to detail
- Support recruiting coordination, payroll alignment, and HR integration projects
- Build trusted relationships with employees in small, close-knit site environments
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 4+ years as an HR Generalist with solid fundamentals preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Highly organized, systems-oriented, and comfortable building processes from scratch
- Tech-savvy with HRIS tools, spreadsheets, and documentation
- Curious, proactive, and interested in long-term HR career growth
