Location: New Paltz, NY (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full Time - Mon-Fri 08:30am-06:00pm - Hybrid (3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote Optional)

Compensation: Pay Range: $65,000-$70,000 Per Year plus $2,500 signing bonus

Description

Join our collaborative HR team in a mission-driven healthcare organization. This full-time role is based in a hybrid setting in New Paltz, NY, requiring strong HR experience, particularly in worker relations and leave administration. The role involves working with HR systems and collaborating with leadership remotely.

Requirements

Manage worker leave programs including FMLA and PFL. Support full-cycle HR operations. Utilize and maintain HR systems. Partner with HR leadership and department managers. Ensure compliance with HR policies. Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. Maintain accurate worker records and documentation.

Qualifications

3 years of HR Generalist experience preferred. Experience managing leave administration. Experience with HR systems. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Professional maturity in a decentralized environment. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Healthcare industry experience preferred but not required.
