Bilingual Mandarin Customer Service/Sales Representative

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Mandarin Customer Service & Sales Representative to join their team in San Gabriel, CA. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying customer needs, delivering outstanding service, and supporting sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective customers in both Mandarin and English.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Promote company products and services, educate customers on features and benefits, and identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and business growth.
• Support sales initiatives by conducting outreach, following up on leads, and assisting with business development efforts.
• Track customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities within company systems.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to help identify new opportunities.
• Assist with preparing sales reports, activity logs, and customer account updates.
• Meet individual performance goals related to customer satisfaction, sales, and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, account management, or a related role.
• Proven ability to build rapport with customers and identify sales opportunities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems preferred.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
