Senior GPU Physical Design Architect — PPA Innovator (Austin)

Samsung Austin Research and Development Center is seeking a Senior Staff GPU Physical Design Engineer to lead top-level floorplanning, placement, and power-grid implementation for high-performance GPU IP and SoCs. You will influence PPA, reliability, and silicon quality across advanced nodes.
You will collaborate with architecture, RTL, software, and external vendors, mentor junior engineers, and help advance flows, automation, and scalable design practices in a fast-paced, global environment.
