Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff Physical Implementation CAD Engineer at the Samsung Austin Research and Development Center. You will shape physical design CAD flows for high-performance GPU and SoC designs and lead automation across programs.
You will mentor engineers, drive tool integration, and collaborate with design and DTCO teams, including external EDA partners, to address sub-5nm challenges and push innovation in physical implementation methodologies.
