Responsibilities

This isn’t a call-center role.

This isn’t cold-calling all day.

This is a chance to build something real, backed by one of the most trusted names in insurance.

Help individuals and families protect what matters most

Educate clients on auto, home, life, and business insurance

Build long-term client relationships (not one-and-done sales)

Develop your own referral network in the Greater Milwaukee area

Grow toward managing and owning your own agency

Requirements

Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills

Entrepreneurial mindset and a self-starter attitude

Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize effectively

Must be willing to obtain Property Casualty and Life Health insurance licenses (assistance provided)

Previous sales, management, or business experience preferred but not required
