Seeking a self-starter individual with strong organizational skills to oversee office operations as a front-end supervisor in Waukesha, WI.

Essential requirements include proficient phone skills and typing abilities. Responsibilities will involve addressing customer inquiries regarding billing, processing changes, and managing the existing client portfolio, handling cash transactions, preparing bank deposits, and serving as the initial point of contact for office visitors are key aspects of the role. This will be done with a smile on your face.

Compensation:

$20 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Promptly respond to the customer's questions, complaints, and comments according to our standards.
• Keep the schedule for the office running smoothly and on time.
• Direct incoming traffic to their correct appointment location.
• You will maintain supplies for the entire office.
• Do everything that needs to be done with a smile.
• Handle the ordering and maintenance of office supplies.
• You will be a Front-end Supervisor.
• You will handle deliveries and pickups.
• Answer general calls and direct them to the appropriate party.
• Always maintain a professional and positive attitude.

Qualifications:

• To be considered, applicants must have experience in Customer Service.
• Property and Casualty license REQUIRED.
• Spanish-speaking preferred.
• Organized and capable of using Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word).
• Some college preferred.
• A Quick learner would be desired.
• Good note taker.
• Management experience.
• A friendly face with a smile for all.
