About the feature:

The Human Resources Manager plays a key role in creating and maintaining a productive and positive work environment within the organization. This position is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The Human Resources Manager ensures that the company attracts, develops, and retains the best talent by implementing effective human resources strategies aligned with business objectives. They act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, fostering open communication and efficiently resolving workplace issues. Ultimately, the Human Resources Manager contributes to the organization's success by promoting a culture of engagement, diversity, and continuous improvement.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources management.
• Solid knowledge of U.S. labor laws and human resources best practices.
• Proven experience in labor relations, recruitment, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred degrees:

• Professional certification in Human Resources such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR.
• Experience working in a medium to large-sized organization.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll software.
• Proven ability to lead change and organizational development initiatives.
• Advanced degree in Human Resources or related discipline.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement human resources strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract qualified candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Oversee employee relations, addressing their concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
• Manage performance management systems, including goal setting, evaluations, and professional development plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations by maintaining up-to-date policies and procedures.
• Coordinate employee benefits programs and manage payroll processes in collaboration with finance.
• Lead training and development initiatives to improve employee skills and organizational capabilities.
• Maintain accurate human resources records and prepare reports for senior management to support decision-making.
