Ideal candidates are authentic, fun‑loving, and share our passion for providing access to quality mental health care in Middle Tennessee. We look for a unique Psychologist (PsyD, PhD) or Therapist (LPC‑MHSP, LCSW, LMFT) with knowledge in play therapy to provide quality trauma‑informed care. Desired Experience and Qualifications Fully licensed mental health professional with a valid Tennessee state license Experience with children, adolescents, teens, and adults Experience with couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and schools General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation Ideally credentialed with insurance panels Responsibilities Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy For full‑time status, maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week (part‑time positions are also available) Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other staff, and school staff as needed Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training Benefits Include Paid PTO / Sick Time Paid Holidays (including your birthday) Free access to Ellie CEU Learning Management System plus additional paid time for CEUs Consultation, support, supervision, and flexibility in scheduling and hours Opportunity to be creative and develop new programs and services Team building activities and swag Flexible work from home options available Clinical licensure supervision program for LCSW, LPC‑MHSP, and LMFT clinicians Compensation $76,000.00 – $89,000.00 per year.
