Qualifications:

• Education Requirement: Associate's degree in a Technical Discipline or Engineering
• Systems Experience: Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: SPEA, SEICA, Acculogic, or Takaya
• Clarification: Experience with probe testing in the semiconductor space (e.g., Texas Instruments) would not be considered equivalent to the systems listed above

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently lift 10-15 lbs. ; occasionally up to 25 lbs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze production schedules, board complexity, and equipment availability to select optimal testing platforms
• Develop and maintain flying probe test programs using CAD data, BOMs, and schematics
• Debug and validate test programs using schematics and component datasheets
• Troubleshoot and resolve test failures and equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Perform board-level and test-level diagnostics to ensure product quality
• Collaborate with Test Operators and cross-functional teams to ensure proper implementation
• Monitor workflow and adjust priorities to meet production deadlines and throughput goals
• Assist with task coordination and team support as needed
