Job Requirements

• Active RN license required
• At least 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• Cerner experience required
• Ability to work night shifts and alternating weekends
• Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to adult Med/Surg patients in an acute care hospital setting
• Assess patients, monitor conditions, and report changes promptly to support quality patient outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments according to individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support continuity of care
• Document thoroughly and accurately in Cerner EMR
• Maintain a professional, patient-centered approach throughout each shift
