Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Secure ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
