Project Coordinator / Project Manager (Contract)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator/Project Manager to support a large-scale business and technology initiative involving multiple teams, vendors, cross-platform integrations, governance processes, and organizational change management activities. This role will be responsible for coordinating project delivery, facilitating communication across stakeholders, managing dependencies, tracking risks and action items, and supporting overall program execution.


Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate meetings and provide clear status reporting to leadership and project teams.
• Support governance, decision-making, and escalation processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure alignment and execution of project objectives.
• Assist with resource coordination and staffing-related activities.
• Support change management, communication planning, and implementation activities.
• Maintain project documentation, action logs, and reporting artifacts.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project coordination or project management experience.
• Experience supporting complex initiatives involving multiple teams and vendors.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience tracking project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or other project management certification.
• Experience with enterprise technology, digital transformation, or business process initiatives.
• Background supporting governance, change management, and cross-functional delivery efforts.
