Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Finance/Controller to lead the organization’s Finance, Accounting, and Information Technology functions. This executive leadership role is responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading cross-functional teams, and supporting long-term business growth across North American operations.

About the Role

The Vice President of Finance will play a critical role in financial leadership, strategic planning, business partnership, and operational excellence. This individual will oversee all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, cost accounting, internal controls, and IT strategy while acting as a key business partner to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial performance
• Month end close
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Lead cross-functional teams
• Support long-term business growth across North American operations
• Oversee all aspects of financial reporting
• Manage budgeting and cost accounting
• Implement internal controls
• Develop IT strategy

Qualifications

• Strong manufacturing finance experience
• Exceptional leadership capabilities
• Deep understanding of accounting, financial analysis, compliance requirements, and technology management

Pay range and compensation package

*** This will be a 1099 position

Pay will be current market value

This is a 3-month contract.

Temporary Housing will be provided if needed.
