The Procurement and Vendor Management Office (VMO) is Robinhood's central team for engaging and managing third-party vendors and partners across the company. We manage complex commercial relationships for Robinhood. We partner closely with Legal, Risk, Finance, and business leaders to help Robinhood source, negotiate, and manage vendor and partner relationships that power our products and operations. You'll work alongside the smartest sourcing and contracting specialists who understand the marketplace well, take ownership of their categories, and fluently use AI to deliver great results, fast! It's a collaborative, high-accountability team where your expertise directly shapes how Robinhood spends and protects its resources!As a Senior Sourcing Manager, you'll own end-to-end sourcing and contracting for a portfolio of vendor categories, run market research, perform competitive bidding, lead negotiations, and drive contract execution. You'll partner directly with senior Business Owners, Commercial Legal, and Risk stakeholders to translate their needs into sourcing strategies that deliver measurable savings and reduce risk. You'll bring a data-driven lens to your category management, using metrics to identify opportunities and track the impact of your work. In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
