Property Maintenance Technician – Tulsa, OKHireCall is now hiring an experienced Property Maintenance Technician for a well-established property management company in Tulsa, OK!If you're a hands-on maintenance professional with experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general property repairs, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable team with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule.Position DetailsLocation: Tulsa, OKSchedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PMPay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour (DOE)Full-TimeOccasional overtime availableThis is NOT an on-call position.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure properties meet safety standards.Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, and basic electrical components.Complete general maintenance tasks including drywall patching, painting, and minor carpentry.Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.Maintain accurate work orders, maintenance records, and inventory.Ensure all work complies with company policies and local building codes.Work independently as well as with contractors and team members on larger maintenance projects.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Previous property maintenance or related maintenance experience.Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and basic electrical systems.Experience with drywall repair and painting preferred.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.Able to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor throughout the workday.Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.Why Work Through HireCall?Weekly payCompetitive wagesFull-time opportunityStable Monday-Friday scheduleOpportunity to work with a respected Tulsa employerIf you meet these qualifications, we'd love to hear from you!Submit your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io or call View phone number on click.appcast.io to schedule your interview with Teresa.Walk-ins are welcome Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
