Collaborate with account managers on renewals, endorsements, and certificates. Maintain documentation and compliance standards in the AMS/CRM. Engage visibly in community events and local business networks (Hanover, Caroline, Outer Banks, your Virginia locality, as applicable). Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Commercial Insurance Sales Professional. Physical work location when applicable is in Ruther Glen, Virginia (Ladysmith). The role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable commercial insurance solutions. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, conducting assessments, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires both on‑site work at the Ruther Glen location and the flexibility to work from home.
