Adult Outpatient Mental Health Supervisor Location: Taylor, MI Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–7:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Position Overview The ideal candidate will have experience treating adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders and be comfortable providing individual, family, and group treatment. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision and support to behavioral health staff. Oversee and coordinate treatment services for adult clients. Provide individual, family, and group therapy as needed. Support crisis intervention and management. Ensure quality, effective, and client-centered mental health services. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community providers. Maintain appropriate clinical documentation and compliance with applicable standards. Support staff development, communication, and overall program operations. Requirements Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling – Required Michigan LMSW, LPC, or LLP license – Required 3+ years of experience treating adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders – Required Community mental health experience highly preferred Experience providing individual, family, and group treatment Strong crisis management and communication skills Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no sponsorship available Medical Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off Paid Holidays $0.70/mile mileage reimbursement when using a personal vehicle PrideGlobal and it's affiliates are an equal opportunity employer.
