This role will focus on mobile-first product experiences, intelligent search and member matching, personalization, and AI-enabled capabilities that create measurable member value. The ideal candidate combines strong product management experience, practical AI knowledge, UX expertise, technical fluency, and data-driven decision making. They collaborate with business stakeholders, engineers, designers, and data teams while operating effectively in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities. Rate: $65.00 to $75.00/hr. w2 Responsibilities Lead product strategy and execution for member-facing web and mobile experiences. Drive AI-enabled product initiatives focused on search, member matching, personalization, and future intelligent experiences. Partner with stakeholders across client to identify member needs and translate them into product priorities. Collaborate closely with engineering teams on requirements, APIs, architecture discussions, and delivery planning. Partner with UX and Design teams to ensure intuitive, mobile-first experiences that follow usability best practices. Use analytics and user behavior data to guide prioritization, design decisions, and product improvements. Support our client's broader digital transformation and platform modernization efforts. Experience Requirements 8+ years of Product Management experience. Experience building or scaling mobile applications. Hands‑on experience with AI-enabled products and understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, governance, security, and guardrails. Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and understand APIs, technical requirements, data flows, and architecture concepts. Strong UX/UI judgment, including user journeys, navigation hierarchy, and mobile usability best practices. Experience making product decisions using behavioral analytics and customer data. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Adaptable, accountable, self‑directed, and comfortable with ambiguity.
