Sales Account Manager – Commission-Only (Medical Staffing & Recruiting)

Job Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the medical staffing and recruiting industry
Generate and nurture leads through proactive outreach
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective client engagement
Negotiate contracts with physicians, hospital administrators, and surgery center directors
Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers
Conduct in-person client meetings to develop trust and long-term partnerships
Utilize Bullhorn and Salesforce to manage leads, track progress, and optimize sales performance

Qualifications

Experience using Bullhorn and Salesforce is required
Prior experience in medical staffing, healthcare sales, or B2B sales is preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and results-driven with a competitive mindset
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
