Sales Account Manager – Commission-Only (Medical Staffing & Recruiting)

Job Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the medical staffing and recruiting industry
  • Generate and nurture leads through proactive outreach
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective client engagement
  • Negotiate contracts with physicians, hospital administrators, and surgery center directors
  • Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers
  • Conduct in-person client meetings to develop trust and long-term partnerships
  • Utilize Bullhorn and Salesforce to manage leads, track progress, and optimize sales performance
Qualifications
  • Experience using Bullhorn and Salesforce is required
  • Prior experience in medical staffing, healthcare sales, or B2B sales is preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a competitive mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
