Summary The Client Advisor at the Madison Flagship is responsible for generating sales through exceptional client relations and in-depth product knowledge while representing the brand. The role focuses on developing and maintaining a client book, achieving personal and store sales goals, and delivering an elevated customer experience. The advisor also supports day-to-day store operations and team objectives. Responsibilities Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to store targets Educate clients on company history and product knowledge Maintain and cultivate an active client book, prospecting new clients Support team members to meet store sales objectives Provide prompt follow-up on client purchases, repairs, and inquiries Operate POS, open and close registers, and process payments/returns Conduct inventory counts and follow loss prevention policies Maintain and execute store merchandising standards and store readiness Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Luxury sales experience preferred with previous client development experience Established client book is ideal Professional presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving skills, positive attitude, and team player mindset Knowledge of fashion and design trends; interest in travel Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Must be able to lift boxes up to 20 lbs repeatedly #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
