Senior Manager, Organizational Learning & Talent Enablement (US)

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks a Senior Manager to lead organizational learning, compliance training governance, and talent enablement across the enterprise. This strategic role oversees learning operations, performance management, and workforce capability initiatives while partnering with HR, Quality, and business leaders to support regulatory compliance and scalable business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and governance for learning operations, compliance training, and talent enablement programs
• Oversee compliance training administration, audit readiness support, and LMS governance with cross-functional partners
• Partner with functional leaders to design and deploy technical and functional training programs
• Monitor training data and use reporting to assess performance, identify risks, and support audit readiness
• Drive performance management processes and provide enablement for stakeholder adoption and consistency

Requirements

• Strategic leadership experience managing enterprise learning operations and training governance
• Knowledge of compliance training, audit readiness, and regulatory requirements in clinical or regulated environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and partner with executive stakeholders
• Experience with learning management systems, training data, and process improvement
• Strong communication and executive presence in leadership and decision-making forums
• Background in talent enablement, performance management, or organizational development
