Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
• Current Ohio OT license and NBCOT certification
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct and consultative OT services as outlined in IEPs
• Work closely with teachers, families, and other staff to support student progress
• Recommend accommodations and adaptive equipment
• Document services, maintain reports, attend IEP meetings, and contribute to team success
• Educate staff and families on effective strategies
