If you're a naturally curious strategist who thrives on turning insight into action, enjoys challenging assumptions, and wants to influence - this is for you! What You'll Be Doing Lead strategy on assigned accounts - discovery, audience work, messaging architecture, measurement. Run research across the board, from audiences, sector and macro tends through desk research and data analysis through to stakeholder interviews to build delivery directives. Build measurement frameworks and reporting structures the client can defend at the board level. Own the strategy, the brief, project overview and, together with the account leads, the client relationship. Evaluate creative, content and reporting outputs to challenge and provide perspectives for better work. Lead pitch work alongside account and strategy leaders. Contribute to IDX's wider thinking; POVs, internal sessions, frameworks the team can reuse. About You 3–5 years in strategy - agency, consultancy, in-house, or a credible mix. Track record of leading strategy on multi-stream projects from kick-off to delivery. Strong on audience work, messaging, and measurement. You can write a brief that survives contact with creative. Confident with clients at senior levels. You've presented work the client didn’t expect, and made the case for it. Comfortable with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, GWI, and Brandwatch at user level. Comfortable with Claude generally and embedded across workflows. Strong opinions with flex. You change your mind when the data says you should.
