Westcal Management UPM Special Division (United Property Maintenance) is currently hiring skilled rough and finish residential Carpenters. Full time. Required Qualifications Demonstrated experience in various aspects of property maintenance Demonstrated experience in fencing, decks, patio enclosures, landings, siding, window installation etc. Demonstrated ability to deliver quality, prompt and professional response to tenant service requests Demonstrated ability to hook up and drive vehicle with utility trailer experience - highly preferred!!
