Accountabilities:

The Senior Manager, Demand Generation will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of demand generation initiatives that support growth objectives. This role requires a balance of strategic vision, operational excellence, and the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.

• Develop and execute integrated, persona-based demand generation strategies targeting enterprise healthcare and operational decision-makers.
• Build scalable campaign frameworks across multiple channels, including email, digital campaigns, content programs, and account-based marketing initiatives.
• Own full-funnel campaign planning, launch execution, optimization, and performance measurement.
• Create repeatable marketing processes, frameworks, and campaign assets that enable broader team scalability.
• Lead ABM programs focused on strategic accounts and growth opportunities, including account prioritization and campaign activation.
• Partner with sales and regional teams to identify opportunities, develop targeted campaigns, and improve pipeline generation.
• Translate market intelligence, website engagement, intent data, and CRM insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Develop executive-level reporting dashboards that measure campaign performance, engagement, pipeline impact, and ROI.
• Manage event marketing strategies, including attendance generation, post-event engagement, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to create compelling customer-focused messaging and go-to-market initiatives.
• Mentor junior marketers and support the development of demand generation best practices across the organization.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a strategic B2B marketing leader with extensive experience building demand generation programs in complex sales environments. The successful candidate combines analytical expertise, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to influence revenue growth through scalable marketing initiatives.

• 10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably within healthcare, SaaS, AI, technology, or enterprise environments.
• Proven experience owning integrated campaign strategies, ABM programs, and pipeline generation initiatives at scale.
• Strong ability to partner with senior sales, commercial, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, ABM platforms, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, or similar tools.
• Demonstrated success using data and insights to shape marketing strategy and business decisions.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience mentoring team members, leading cross-functional teams, or managing external partners and vendors.
• Ability to develop customer-focused messaging for complex technology, automation, or platform solutions.
• Experience creating launch strategies across pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases.
• Advanced reporting and analytics capabilities, including building dashboards that track adoption, engagement, opportunities, and ROI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
