Temp to Hire Legal Admin Assistant for Irvine Law Firm

Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a respected law firm to identify an Legal Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for a professional, organized, and service-oriented individual who enjoys a mix of administrative, front desk, hospitality, and office support responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to office leadership and staff.
• Maintain electronic and physical files and assist with document organization.
• Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage conference room scheduling.
• Coordinate meetings, catering, and office hospitality needs.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Maintain office, kitchen, and supply inventories.
• Assist with onboarding activities and special projects.
• Support office operations by coordinating maintenance requests and ensuring common areas remain organized and professional.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in an administrative, office support, receptionist, or hospitality role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach.
