Senior Paralegal - Real Estate Litigation

We are representing an established civil litigation practice in its search for a Paralegal to join its Irvine team. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation professional who wants meaningful exposure to sophisticated matters involving financial services, lending, mortgage/real estate, business disputes, and institutional clients.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, litigation-savvy, and comfortable working with multiple attorneys while maintaining a manageable workload.

Qualifications

3+ years of paralegal experience preferred for candidates with direct financial services litigation experience.

Candidates without direct financial services litigation experience should have 6+ years of paralegal experience .

Strong civil litigation background and familiarity with litigation procedures and case management.

Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong judgment and ability to work effectively with multiple attorneys.

Hours & Bonus Opportunity

The position has a minimum annual billable-hour expectation of 1,620 hours (135 hours/month) .

Employees are eligible for a $50/hour bonus for billable hours worked above the annual minimum , providing additional earning potential for candidates who exceed the required threshold.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 – $90,000 + Benefits . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
