Stand Up Forklift Operator

As a Stand-Up Forklift Operator, you will safely transport materials, parts, and finished goods between multiple buildings to keep logistics, production, shipping, and receiving operations running efficiently.

• $1.50 per hour shift differential  

• Second Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:05 PM

What We're Looking For: 

• High school diploma or GED 
• Valid Driver's license required
• Stand-Up Forklift experience required (stand-up, reach, and sit-down forklifts)  
• Box truck driving experience preferred  
• Ability to read and understand work instructions  
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to safely handle materials and prevent product damage  
• Willingness to cross-train in additional logistics functions  
• Commitment to following safety procedures and operating equipment responsibly  

What You'll Do as a Stand-Up Forklift Operator: 

• Transport materials, parts, and finished goods between multiple buildings using designated dock doors  
• Load and unload materials while ensuring proper handling and secure transportation  
• Review material travelers to verify materials are delivered to the correct department inbound grid  
• Follow scheduled delivery routes to maintain a consistent flow of materials and prevent production delays  
• Communicate with logistics, production, paint, and quality teams to coordinate delivery schedules  
• Perform pre-shift inspections of forklifts and box trucks  
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
